Terms of Service
Last updated: June 6, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to CredMail. By accessing or using our website at credmail.com and any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.
CredMail is operated by RadiantNode LLC (“CredMail,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). References to “you” or “your” mean the individual or entity using the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use CredMail. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 16 years of age
- You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- If using the Service on behalf of an organization, you have the authority to bind that organization
- You are not located in a jurisdiction where use of the Service is prohibited
3. Your Account
To access certain features you must create an account via Google OAuth or email/password through our authentication provider, Clerk. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and complete account information
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in activity harmful to the Service or other users.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use CredMail only for lawful purposes. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Use the domain check and DNS lookup features to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network without authorization
- Use the email verification feature to validate email addresses you do not have a legitimate business reason to verify, or to compile email lists for unsolicited marketing
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, abuse free-tier quotas, or overload our infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service
- Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, phishing content, or any malicious code
- Impersonate others, misrepresent your affiliation, or engage in fraudulent activity
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its outputs to third parties as a standalone product
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination, for any violation of this section.
5. Free Tier & Paid Plans
5.1 Free Tier
CredMail offers a free tier with limited daily usage. Free-tier limits are subject to change with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time.
5.2 Paid Plans
Paid plans provide increased usage limits and additional features. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:
- Pay all fees in accordance with the pricing published at the time of purchase
- Provide valid and accurate billing information
- Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected)
5.3 Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access through that period. We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused time, except as required by law. Annual plan refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
5.4 Price Changes
We may change subscription fees with at least 30 days’ notice. Price changes apply to the next billing cycle. If you do not agree with the new pricing, you may cancel before the change takes effect.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our IP
CredMail, its branding (name, logo, domain), website design, software code, user interface, documentation, and all related materials are the exclusive intellectual property of RadiantNode LLC. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose.
6.2 Your Data
You retain ownership of the domains, email addresses, and other data you submit to CredMail. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This license ends when your account is deleted.
6.3 Feedback
If you provide us with suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and incorporate that feedback without obligation or compensation to you.
7. Third-Party Services
CredMail relies on third-party services including Clerk (authentication), Supabase (data storage), Cloudflare (DNS resolution), and Vercel (hosting). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security practices of these third-party services. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
DNS-based domain checks query public DNS infrastructure. The accuracy of results depends on the completeness and correctness of DNS records published by domain owners. We do not guarantee that all DNS records or blacklist statuses will be detected.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREDMAIL AND RADIANTNODE LLC DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF INFORMATION.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses. DNS lookups may time out, blacklist databases may be temporarily unavailable, and reputation scores are estimates based on available data — not guarantees of deliverability.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RADIANTNODE LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100). This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability — contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RadiantNode LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service in violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Your infringement of any third party’s intellectual property or privacy rights
- Any content or data you submit through the Service
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- You violate these Terms
- Your account remains inactive for an extended period (free tier only)
- We discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice where feasible)
- Required by law or to protect the security of the Service or other users
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 8, 9, 10, and 12) will survive.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Both parties bear their own costs, except that the arbitrator may award fees and costs to the prevailing party as permitted by law.
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm, including intellectual property infringement.
13. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms where such failure results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, internet or power outages, DDoS attacks, or DNS infrastructure failures.
14. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CredMail regarding the Service.
- Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
- Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
- Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Notices. We may provide notices via email to the address associated with your account or by posting on the Service.
